Flows should probably get more manageable, 2’nd week of July on the Truckee River. For now, clarity is good, fish have adapted to the high flows and they are fat and healthy. Delta fishing is mixed.  You can catch Stripers, Smallmouths, Largemouths, and pan fish.  The wind has been the main culprit the last couple of weeks.  The Sacramento and the San Joaquin are providing extra current and cooler water temps.
