Fish-mas is coming! With all the high water the tributaries are going to be high but at least fish-able. I would be ready to cover some distance and get to pool and runs that are a little slower. Ready for nymphs and streamers as well.

Mokelumne-  3,048 CFS- Too big to fish, best to stay away.

Stanislaus- 3,048 CFS - Too high to float.

Storm this weekend with 4″ of rain expected, narrow windows of  opportunity so get out and enjoy when you can. As always check before you go, fish the edges with caution.
