Shop Information

Where is your shop?

We’re located at 540 Jackson St, San Francisco, CA 94133.

What are your store hours?

We’re open Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

How do I contact the shop?

Is there parking available?

Yes. We have two blocked-off parking spaces directly in front of the shop for quick visits (note: there is a “no parking – construction” sign but the spaces are reserved for our customers). Additionally:

Street parking is available, but limited.

  • Ace Parking at 528 Jackson St.
  • Columbus Garage at 170 Columbus Ave.

In-Shop Services & Offerings

What kinds of gear do you carry?

We specialize in fly fishing gear for surf, river, steelhead, trout, and saltwater scenarios. We carry premium brands and only stock quality gear we use ourselves.

Do you offer instruction, clinics or events?

Yes — we offer casting and fly-tying clinics and group or private instruction for anglers of all experience levels. See our current class offerings.

Do you buy and sell used gear?

Yes — we buy select gear that's in good shape. See our current used gear selection.

Online Store & Shipping

Do you have in-store pickup for online orders?

Yes — you may be able to pick up online orders in-store. Please select the “in-store pickup” when checking out and swing by the shop.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on orders over $75 in California, $100 in the Continental US.

What is your return / refund policy?

We accept returns for unused items within 30 days for a full refund.

What if I need to exchange or return something bought online?

If you purchased online and need to return or exchange, please contact us via email or phone with your order number, describe the issue, and we’ll walk you through the return/exchange steps.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship in the United States.

Can I purchase gift cards?

Yes — we offer gift cards that can be used in store or online. Purchase an LCO gift card here.

What if an item is out of stock online?

If you see an item marked “out of stock”, and want to place an order we will call you within 24 hrs with an update on timing. You can decide if you want to keep the order in or cancel.

How can I sign up for your fishing reports and updates?

On our website in the footer, you can subscribe with your email to receive fishing reports and gear updates.
