Like much of the PNW region, I would say this year we have seen fewer small fish than is typical, especially on the Klamath, though we have made up for it in strides with very quality, larger fish.

This week a few days on the Klamath produced a few fish down in the canyon, though it was not quite the fishing we are used...

I found some stripers in Corte Madera Creek this week. Flies ranging from 1/0 to 4 were doing the trick. Flashfires and Mushmouths in blue and white and Chart and white doing the trick.

Local Striper continues to be good in the bay. If you are from shore us and Intermediate line and if you have a boat or a kayak use a type 3 to Type 8. Sea habits in 2/0 blue have been doing the trick for me. Catching small fish lately up to 18in. Somedays I find em on foot somedays I don’t.
