We’re finally getting some rain in Northern CA. We’re expecting over 2 inches by the end of the day Friday. This will bring the rivers up, add some color and move steelhead up from the lower reaches in the Klamath and Trinity. Delta fishing was more challenging this last week.  Some windy days made it a tougher to find fish.  

The water temps have been stable around 63 degrees.  This will soon change as we transition into Winter. I think the change will spark feeding activity and result in improved fishing conditions.
