Einarsson Fly Fishing was founded in 2007 by Steingrimur Einarsson in Iceland, born from a passion for engineering and fly fishing. Their mission is to design and manufacture top-quality reels grounded in both artisan tradition and modern innovation. 

Einarsson currently offers two primary reel series: the Plus series, with fully sealed braking systems and corrosion-resistant stainless components ideal for salt and freshwater use;  and the Invictus series, featuring the patented SAB (Shock Absorbing Brake) system, which provides zero drag start-up friction while enabling the reel to store and manage fish-generated energy.
