Yosemite Area Fly Fishing Report

Stanislaus RiverMay 28, 20151 min read

Rick Mazaira, Yosemite Outfitters

We have great water!!! It won’t last too long so get out.
From South to North…
The  Merced is open at all stretches and I would feature the South Fork for  as a great small fish and lots of fish section that is a great for an angler starting out. Dry fly fishing is great here. The south fork is shaping up nicely!
The Lower reaches of the Tuolumne are doing well. Careful above 5000 ft with flows and rain. The 108 corridor is shaping up nicely!
Stanislaus- Fishing well though rafting is taking place.

Cheers and tight lines
