UPDATE*** Flows are set to increase on the Lower Sac from 5,000cfs to 20,000cfs beginning this Friday 3/18/16 at 2am. Sac has been good. Fished it yesterday and hooked 50ish rainbows. Best fishing is from 10-4. Caddis coming off in strong numbers in the middle part of the day. Then decent baetis hatch starting around 230ish. Good quality of fish with lots in the 17-20" range.
