This rod is in good shape. The blank looks excellent, and the cork has some slight signs of wear on it. With this in mind, it was rated a B. This rod would be a great 9-foot 5-wt equivalent for someone looking to enter the steelhead game, or to deepen the quiver. The Z-Axis series was one of the best two-handed models ever built and remains popular still today. This rod does come with its original tube, and rod sock.
