Jon Baiocchi reports on 1.5.17
The Lower Yuba River is blown out again. Flows reached 19,000 cfs on Wednesday evening, and are currently at 16,700 cubes. A pineapple express will engulf northern California Saturday night into Monday with heavy precipitation, and high snow levels. Many say this storm may replicate the 1997 floods with rain melting the snow that is now on the ground. We will not be fishing the Lower Yuba River anytime soon.
