Delta Smallmouth fishing is going strong right now in the Delta. You can catch good numbers with a small popper or crawfish offering. Fishing is good all day and you can usually find sheltered water even when the wind is blowing. It’s just fun fly rodding. Stripers should start showing next month.
Largemouth Bass are also available and are fishing well.
