Winston IM6 3wt 7'6" 3pc:  This IM6 era Winston rod is a timeless classic, from a time when fly rods weren't designed to cast the entire line, presentation was more important than power and trout anglers spent as much time sitting on the bank observing the water as they did casting into it--a bygone era for sure.

If you want a soulful, small stream stick with buttery action and pin point presentation, this is it. Dry flies all day long. Of course. Small dry/droppers. Yes please. The IM6 series rods were discontinued in the early 2000's, never to be made again. It's built with an internal ferrule design, common for high end rods of the era, that offers the most true flex pattern of the rod blank, from tip to butt. Uplocking nickel silver reel seat, maple insert and high grade dork grip. Own a classic. Own it today.

This particular rod earns an A grade. It's lightly used and in spectacular shape. It sports one cosmetic scratch near the butt of the rod. The rod tube is in excellent shape too and has a bit of wear that you would expect with a rod of this age.
