Whether you want to add a line to your arsinal for streamer fishing or steelheading or even replace an older spool tahts beat up this thing would work great. It does have old backing and an old fly line which we do not know the model of. It is a bit scratched on the outter rim but the internals look perfect! this spool recieved a B rating because of this.
