United StatesI have had problems with the Pro Nipper. The first one I purchased was a little out of alignment and loose where the cutting edges meet. I returned the Nipper and got a replacement. The replacement was aligned and tight. However, the magnet came out of its holding place. It was difficult to get it back in place and I am not sure a glue was needed. I have fished with it and had no problems.
