Sale price$ 50.00

What to Expect

Join our own tying geek, Brett Wedeking, for an intermediate level tying class focused on steelhead patterns. Brett grew up in steelhead country in the Pacific Northwest and spent many nights of his formative years furiously tying steelhead flies, waiting for the rivers to come down.

This class is designed for the intermediate tyer. Students do not need to be proficient tyers, but do need to possess basic tying skills. Students will tie two patterns by the end of the night and discussion of steelhead tying materials and history will be interspersed along the way.

Materials will be provided, but students need to bring a vise, favorite bobbin, some scissors, and a whip finish tool (or dexterous fingers).

Space is limited to 5 students. The class will take place on Wednesday February 18th and we will meet at the shop at 6pm that night.
