United StatesI’ve tied a million flies on without tools, and I generally eschew unnecessary modern fly-fishing gimmickry, but this one’s some in handy a lot. When the light’s failing or your fingers are cold or the fly is tiny and you don’t want to mangle it or drop it, it’s great to have. One quick twirl and there’s your six or whatever winds and a loop at the eye for a regular or improved clinch. I’ve got three of them, and if LCO is out of these, it’s because I’m hoarding them. In my defense, I’ve given several away. The ones I got didn’t have any logos on them. That’s nice, too. Nail polish will cover logos, tho
