Upper Sacramento
This is a fun and beautiful raft trip. I have been fishing from the Cantera Loop area to the Delta Road/Dog Creek exit. The fish have been eating a size 8 Brown Rubber Leg, size 14 Amber Wing Prince, size 16-18 Pheasant Tail and size 18 Dark Lords. As for dry flies, we have been getting fish to go for big salmon fly patterns, however, they have not totally committed to eating it yet but I have been getting fish to eat size 14 Parachute Adams.
Fish have been anywhere from 10-20 inches. HarvestWild operates under a Shasta Trinity National Forest Service Permit as well as a BLM permit.
