Upper Sac
There has been some very good fishing to be had on the Upper Sac recently. Being able to “stick and move” is key. Covering a lot of water with the dry dropper rig can be very effective.

Don’t get hung up too long in one spot if they’re not eating. A big stone dry or larger parachute with a heavy dropper has been the ticket for us. Highstickin’ the pockets with a light nymph rig are great too. Caddis, mayflies, stoneflies, and midges are all on the menu.
