Put away the bobbers, busted out the spey flies, streamers and dries, in search of chrome. Client Henry, never landing a fish on his spey rod, needed some love. Yesterday 2 monster grabs on streamers, one brown one
steelhead. Lots of fish on dries, and two great tugs
swinging. Not a bad day.
Today, 4hrs in, 4 grabs swinging, one 25"
burly brown and a gorgeous 23" wild Trinity River steelhead, landed. A
first for both on the swing with his new spey rod. Even a few on dries.
Nice work Henry. Can’t wait to see how the next 4hrs turn out.

Tight Lines,
Brian
