Delta Stripers can be good if you fish on a low wind day where you can access the whole Delta.  Otherwise it can be tough fishing.  The main attraction on the Delta will be top water fishing for Large Mouth Bass. You can find places in the Delta that are not affected by the wind and have some pretty nice days catching topwater bass.  My favorite patterns are large deerhair divers such as the Umpqua Pike fly and the KDM rat fly.
