Had the boys from Lost Coast Outfitters & Painted Parrot come down and hang out over the weekend and man did we have a good time. I had the privilege to show them around some of our local beaches and we got to capture some great footage. Knowing the high tide wasn’t until early afternoon(4ft@2PM), we spent most of the morning exploring some gorgeous coastline and sitting down for some surf talk with Lost Coast Outfitters. The WNW swell that was strong the day prior was still lingering around for most of the morning making fishing a bit challenging. The low outgoing tide slacking at 9AM seemed to pull the fish off of our reachable trenches and structure, but after lunch things definitely picked up as the incoming tide filled in. We ended the day with some good laughs, shared stories, and had a few good fish to hand.
