Been spending most of my time on the Great Inland Ocean of Lake Oroville for Spotted Bass. Water is cooling which is a good thing but fish are still spread out. I have not hit any big schools of fish like you hope for in the winter months that said we are getting 1-3 fish in each spot and getting fair numbers when you add them all up at the end of the day. Like most places we need some rain to get some water moving around and get some of the creeks and waterfalls going on the banks to mix things up. Overall though my experience is similar to the conventional anglers.
