Capt. Chuck Ragan reports on 4.18.19
Foothill bass on the fly in Bullards, Collins, Scotts Flat, Englebright, Rollins and Lake Oroville is getting better and better. Water temps vary depending on the body of water but are anywhere from 50-58 degrees.

We’re seeing very decent numbers of spotted bass, smallmouth and largemouth on the float-n-fly method as well as stripping baitfish and craw imitation streamers. Topwater action can be had on the warmer mornings or evenings but has yet to really fire though it’s right around the corner!
