Steve Santucci reports on 1.26.17

The Delta is very high and slightly off color in most areas.  On the bright side, I fished San Luis this week, with the whole lake totally clear and in great condition.  Even caught a few nice chunky Stripers.  Looking forward to a great Spring run of Stripers.
