Delta Striper fishing is starting to pickup & prime Spring Fishing is just around the corner! March-May are shaping up to be prime on the Delta so book your 2018 Spring Striper adventure! Water temperatures are currently 53 degrees & the Striper bite should continue to get better. The fish have been biting well & we have seen quality fish up to 6lbs, larger fish should be in soon. The key to finding more fish has been moving around to various areas in the Delta & finding fish willing to bite. Make sure to dress warm & in layers so you can layer up or down depending on the cooler/warmer weather shifts throughout the day. Simms fishing gear offers excellent clothing to achieve this challenge. With great weather & some willing fish we are enjoying early season Stripers & it should just keep improving!
