Well it has been another awesome week up here in Siskiyou and Shasta county. The fishing continues to be great on both the upper (above lake shasta) and lower sac (below lake shasta). If you head to the upper sac, you will find big October caddis doing their dances on the water surface, along with shucks & empty cases littered all over the rocks. A good option to try out is to toss a big stimulater with a dropper below. Be sure to work the edges thoroughly! If you don’t find success with the dry dropper, switch over to the rubber legs and any small black mayfly pattern.
