Lower Yuba River Fly Fishing Report

Lower Yuba report:
The flow gauge on the river is currently down, but the current scheduled release from Lake Englebright is 2,034 cfs as of today. Fishing has been good, we're having a lot of fun out there. Trout have been eating Rubberlegs, Birds Nests, pupas and Perdigons. We were also stoked to pick up the first few hopper fish of the season out there this week.
Shad are also around in good numbers in the lower river and are making for good days on the water.
