Klamath River Fly Fishing Report
11.23.2017
Lost Coast Outfitters hosts a group with Western River Conservancy every year. Our good friend Tom Counts offers up his killer camp and we fish for 2 and half days. If you are not fishing up by the dam where fish are stacked up you working pretty hard for a shot at an adult fish right now. It’s true winter steelhead mode. There are a number of bright half-pounders in the system to pull on your line. Swinging classics like silver hiltons and boss’s were the ticket for us. We also picked up fish swinging nymphs and egg sucking leaches.
