Bryce Tedford Reports on 11.23.2017
Fall Striper fishing has been what I consider good to great on the CA Delta! Water temperatures are in the mid to high 50’s throughout much of the Delta & Fall fishing is in full swing. The fish have been biting well & we have seen quality fish over 5lbs move into the system. Also, the opportunity for a trophy over 10lbs is not out of the question! The key to finding more fish has been moving around to various areas in the Delta & finding fish willing to bite. The days are cooling & in-climate weather is always a possibility, make sure to dress accordingly: For me, lots of solid Simms gear is always highly recommended. Plenty of layers including a beanie, Simms Rogue Fleece Hoody/Pants along with the Simms Challenger Rain Suit has been crucial to my Fall Fishing!
