Delta Fishing Report
Striper fishing in the Delta continues to improve, waters are warming & clearing up throughout the Delta. Water temperatures are 55-60 degrees in various parts of the Delta & Stripers will likely spawn in next few weeks.
The last few times out I have landed 10-20 fish with some medium size fish mixed in. The Spring season is just getting rolling & prime fishing is just around the corner.
Most fish we have been finding are smaller “schoolies” but 3-5lb fish are mixed in & the occasional larger fish can be found as well!
For sub-surface Stripers I am using 1/0-3/0 “Steve Adachi” style rattle Clouser flies in various color combinations. Book your Spring adventure on the Delta soon before all guides are booked up!
