Lost Coast Outfitters reports on 3.2.17

Familiar refrain on the Upper Sac too, still a bit high to fish. We’d like to see about half the volume. 1400cfs is historical average right now, so we’re headed on the right path. If we get some dry and not too warm (read: snowmelt) we could see some good spring fishing out here. Think skwalas, BWO’s and maybe march browns.
