Lost Coast Outfitters reports on 3.2.17

The Trinity is dropping, albeit very slowly. All the little creeks along the way are still pumping lots of water. The surrounding mountains have plenty of snow and water filtering downhill, into the river.
The way upper, think Steel Bridge area, is still in good shape and putting out a few fish. If you go be prepared for company. As you can see from the graph, its just about there. We’d like to see a few hundred cfs less volume but it’s sort of fishable down to Douglas City.
We’ll have to wait ‘til next week to see what this incoming storm does to it.
