Hard as Hull is the best all around head cement on the market today. Thin enough for small thread heads or can be applied in multiple coats to build a glossy head. Dries hard and clear. Comes with applicator brush, useful for larger thread heads. Use a bodkin for smaller hook sizes. Can be thinned with Hard as Hull Thinner.
