Small Water Fishing Tactics

Jon Baiocchi and Tayler Wells, both small water fly fishing fanatics, are offering extreme 2 day creek and river outings in the months to come. These outings will not be for the faint of heart, and will be every bit of a wild and challenging adventure. Session 1 will be held on May 23 & 24 where we will explore the Eastern Plumas County creeks of Jamison, Grayeagle, and over the hill, the North Fork Yuba River located in Sierra County. Session 2 will be held on July 25 & 26 taking on the vast Rubicon River. All of the creeks and rivers offered have one thing in common; Gnarly canyon water!

Limited to 4 anglers per session, attendees will learn a clear and better understanding of these watersheds, and the best way to approach them. Fly selection, rigging, equipment needs, complete instruction, and local inside knowledge will be covered. Lunch and dinner will be provided on day one, and lunch on day two. You’ll also have the option of camping out with us while sharing stories next to the campfire. Cost per angler for the 2 day event will be $395, all terminal tackle, flies, and complete rods if needed will be provided.

We are excited about finally getting these rugged fly fishing outings off the ground! If you’re looking for adventure, wild trout, luscious pocket water, and gorgeous surroundings; look no further, and book your creekin trip with us today.
