The Mccloud is safe again and clear of smoke most days. Fishing is good and cold nights will be kicking more and more Caddis out of the water and into the sky. Seriously though the river looks great right now.
The Klamath river is showing signs of a great ½ pounder run. The river is in good shape and cool nights are managing water temps quite well.
Salmon are fairly abundant throughout the river and steelhead are pushing through runs on the regular.
