Klamath River Fly Fishing Report
John Rickard Reports on 11.14.2019
The Klamath River
We haven’t seen the river this busy since the last time it was the only game around. The Trinity and Rogue have not kept their devotees and they have descended on the Klamath River. In desperate need of rains the Klamath at least has a decent run of fish. Adults steelhead have been 2-3 pounds with the occasional 5 pounder. Lets hope they get some habitat to spawn in. Guide trips are all successful and fish are being caught with every technique we employ. Its a great time to enjoy this beautiful Fall and learn how to chase steelhead.
