Spey-Specific Design - The RX Classic, otherwise known as the RX Spey, is built to balance two-handed rods. The reel features a traditional solid black polished hardback frame for increased weight. While the reel does feature a large arbor, it also features an increased spool diameter to accommodate any Spey line on the market. High retrieval rates, solid line capacity, and aesthetically appealing design make this a great option for the avid Spey angler.
Anodized Finish - The spool of the RX Classic sports an anodized finish that adds durability and corrosion-resistance to the reel. The finishing is great for excursions in both freshwater and saltwater and protects the reel when it’s dropped or dinged. The frame sports a polished finish that gives the reel a traditional appearance.
Machined 6061 Aluminum - The RX Classic is built with machined 6061 Aluminum which has a few benefits. 6061 aluminum is both abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
